As a former leader and C-level executive Lloyd was instrumental in building one of Canada’s largest construction organizations, the ITC Construction Group, with headquarters in Vancouver B.C. He brings almost four decades of knowledge and experience to his writing on organizational change. Under his leadership, ITC became a member of the prestigious “Platinum Club’, the elite within Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies program and an honour emblematic of being in the best of the best within the Canada's business community. Retired from industry since 2009, Lloyd is proud of his contributions to the people he led, particularly in the area of leadership training. 

He lives with his wife Karen between homes in both Vancouver and Kelowna, British Columbia.
